Bringing the Resolution of the 12th National Congress of the Viet Nam Red Cross Society into Practice: Upholding Our Position through Capacity, Results and Trust

Transparency builds trust, professionalism sustains trust, effectiveness strengthens trust, and tangible results demonstrate that trust.” Emphasizing the need to move from simply “giving gifts” to creating real and lasting changes in people’s lives, Ms. Đỗ Thị Thu Thảo, President of the Viet Nam Red Cross Society, underscored the spirit of “learning to transform the way we think and act” at the National Conference on studying, learning and thoroughly understanding the Resolution of the 12th National Congress of the Viet Nam Red Cross Society, and on implementing the Action Programme to realize the Resolution.
