On 18th January 2019, Ninh Binh Red Cross cooperated with Hoa Lu district Red Cross Association to organize the opening of a first aid station Bo village, Ninh An commune, Hoa Lu district; At the same time, 20 gifts were presented in frame of the movement “Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims” in the Spring 2019.
Attending the launching ceremony were representatives of the Department of Health; Provincial Traffic Safety Board; Ninh Binh Red Cross; Hoa Lu district police; leaders of Ninh An commune; unions and departments of the commune; benefactors.
First aid station was established at Mr. Dao Anh Lais family with an area of over 20 m2, full of equipment and facilities under Circular 17/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health, such as emergency stretcher, medicine cabinet, bandages, medicines … with 11 volunteers who have been trained in first aid skills and certified by the provincial Red Cross to help unfortunate victims of traffic accidents and other accidents with first aid before being transferred to health facilities.
At the opening ceremony, Ms. Dinh Thi Bay, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Department of Health presented the operation license for the first aid station. This is the third first aid station in the province to meet the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Health.
