Continuously for 4 days (from January 17th to January 20th), Ha Noi City Red Cross Chapter organized 4 missions to visit and give Tet gifts to poor households in the districts in Ha Noi city and some areas affected by flashfloods in 2018 in the northern and central mountainous provinces.
On January 17th, in Ba Vi district, 100 Tet gifts, 3 breeding cows and 20 bicycles were presented by the Vietnam Red Cross to 100 poor households in difficult circumstances. Each gift for Tet is worth VND 1.2 million; The total value of Tet gifts given to the poor and Agent Orange victims in Ba Vi district is VND 195 million. Receiving Tet gifts, many poor households were touched and grateful to the Party and the State and the Ha Noi Red Cross Chapter for the support to families, sharing difficulties with poor households when Tet comes.

Hanoi Red Cross Chapter presents Tet gifts to poor people and Agent Orange victims in Hanoi city
In order to share with patients who are being treated without conditions to return home for Tet, on the afternoon of January 20th, 2019, Hanoi Red Cross Chapter cooperated with Hanoi Radio and Television; Vingolf Club organizes a visit to present 50 Tet gifts for 50 patients being treated in Vietnam Central Hematology Blood Transfusion. Each Tet gift is worth 2.2 million VND; Total value of 110 million VND.
On January 20th, many Red Cross associations in Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City gave Tet gifts to poor people and victims of Agent Orange. In the year of Pig 2019, Hai Ba Trung district supports 500 Tet gifts (VND 1.83 billion) for poor households, orphans and victims of Agent Orange.
