Red Cross emergency relief activities are timely and direct support provided to victims of war, natural disasters, epidemics, fires, traffic accidents, and other accidents and disasters, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) Relief in the form of cash, in-kind assistance, and support to overcome initial difficulties;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"557\">b) Moral encouragement and psychosocial support.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"782\"><strong>2. Red Cross humanitarian assistance activities are assistance provided to persons with disabilities, elderly persons without means of support, orphans, and other people in especially difficult circumstances, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"823\">a) Assistance in cash, means, or labor;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"887\">b) Assistance with vocational training costs and job generation;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"979\">c) Assistance with medical examination and treatment costs, and functional rehabilitation;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1010\">d) Other forms of assistance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1190\"><strong>3.
