President Ho Chi Minh is the first Honorary President of the Viet Nam Red Cross Society, for the period 1946 \u2013 1969.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The National Society brings together all Vietnamese people, both at home and abroad, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, gender in humanitarian activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The National Society&#8217;s noble goals are humanity, peace, friendship, and to contribute to the goal of a wealthy people, strong nation, democracy, equality, and civilization.
