The National Red Cross Youth and Volunteer Camp is a special event to gather Red Cross youth and volunteers across the country. This is an event held every 5 years to educate, raise awareness and understanding for Red Cross youth and volunteers about humanitarian values, the nation’s compassionate traditions, Party and State’s humanitarian policies and regulation, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, International Humanitarian Law, Law on Red Cross Activities, organization and operations of the Vietnam Red Cross Society; Exchange, share experiences, best practices and skills of Red Cross youth and volunteers’ activities, among Red Cross chapters and branches; and with international Red Cross Red Crescent youth and volunteers; Spreading the Red Cross volunteer spirit for the community, for vulnerable people, the Red Cross readiness.
This is an opportunity for delegates, Red Cross youth and volunteers to interact, learn and share experiences on community-based humanitarian activities. By participating to the Camp, we aim to raise community awareness of the humanitarian values contributed and devoted to the communities by Red Cross youth and volunteers, thereby attracting the entire society to participate in activities. humanitarian with a spirit of volunteerism.
