At the training course, 25 trainees were introduced, guided and practiced in class and made practical assessments in the 2 communes with annual flooding through 8 steps (Historical records, Community maps, Frequency and Impact of hazards, Safe and unsafe housing, Choice of solutions, Contingency plan, Monitoring plan). Through the content, trainees have been equipped with safe housing knowledge and skills; help the community set up PASSA groups and guide the community to better understand the vulnerability related to safe, unsafe housing in order to have a safer community before, in natural disasters and disasters .
