Vietnam Red Cross visited to support the families of death victims in the rolling container truck in Ben Luc - Long An

Following the direction of the Vietnam Red Cross HQs, this morning (January 5, 2019), the Representative Office of the South organized a working delegation to visit and support the families of death victims in rolling container truck in Ben Luc - Long An province occurred in the afternoon of January 2, 2019.

At the places visited, the delegation shared deeply the pain and loss of families whose relatives were killed, wishing families to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Representative of the Delegation handed over money to the victim Tran Thuy Phuong's family (born in 1950, Hamlet 2, Thanh Duc commune, Ben Luc)

Granting money to support the victim Mai Huynh Duc' family (born in 1999, Hamlet 2, Thanh Hoa town)

Granting money to support the victim Tran Quoc Cuong's family (Born in 1997, Hung Tan hamlet, Hung Thanh commune, Tan Hung)

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, official of the Southern Representative Office, Vietnam Red Cross, on behalf of the mission, provided money to support 3 families with relatives killed in Long An: Tran Thuy Phuong (born in 1950, hamlet 2, Thanh Duc commune, Ben Luc); Mai Huynh Duc (born in 1999 in Hamlet 2, Thanh Hoa town); Tran Quoc Cuong (born in 1997, Hung Tan hamlet, Hung Thanh commune, Tan Hung) and Lam Triet Quang (born in 1996, Cho Moi town, An Giang province), each family was supported with 3 million VND.

Earlier, on January 4th, 2019, representatives of the Southern Red Cross Humanitarian Service Center paid a visit to Cho Ray Hospital (where patients treated) to encourage and share the difficulties of the accident's victims in Nhut Chanh crossroad, Ben Luc district, Long An province and supported VND 15 million (VND 1 million per person).
